The chest is like a safe, in which most important organs are securely placed. Nature has created it to make sure the heart, the lungs and other vital organs are well protected.

The thymus gland is also there. The thymus gland plays an important role in the protection of the body as part of its immune system. Unfortunately, the power of the thymus gland weakens while aging.

The thymus gland is like a time machine, it is like a precious antic clock of life.
